He quickly understood what we wanted and within a few minutes had our order covered. It arrived yesterday exactly on time and we were happily surprised at how the rocker swivel chairs needed no assembly, while the dining table took 6 bolts to secure the top to base. Yay! We ordered an outdoor couch, chairs and fire table a few years back. We worked with Adam S at the store. He was extremely helpful in helping us decide what to get. We were in town from Chicago and had the set shipped to us. Even over the years, everything is still in amazing shape and we couldn't be happier with the product, the store, and Adam who helped us.
